This week for chick<8000clicks>chick we stayed home.  I’m wailing out of tune with Penfold on the left and djbeat is soft and cuddly on the right.

    Home. When i moved from the family house of 20 years, i was a teeny bit worried that my children would miss the ol’ homestead. As we sat around over the holidays last winter, we realized that ‘home’ isn’t geographical for us. Generally? it’s the three of us hanging out together, wrasslin’ the big dog. Home is where the canine resides…

      Yep, home is definitely not a geographical place. I lived in a city for more than 10 years surrounded by all my worldly possessions and never really felt at ‘home’. Now I’m half-way across the world with almost none of my stuff and I’ve never had such a strong feeling of being ‘home’. BTW, I think Mr. Pickles is one lucky dawg …
