I miss the days when phones were only that… phones…
Yep, you can take pictures, listen to music, read your email, surf the web, book appointments and book a tee time but finding a phone that sounds clear is still impossible!

i’m considered a bit of a luddite in my geek-encrusted community. not only do i have a phone that just does calls/text (no innerwebs), but i don’t even own a gps thingamajobbie… loves me some david lynch!
After years of trying to keep up with the latest and greatest tech gadgets, I’ve gone back to the simple things. When I moved I threw out so many old Palm Pilots, cell phones, digi cams, etc. — I’m all about simplicity now!
I have a new fangled touch screen phone… it is a nightmare. I have trouble answering calls (end up cutting people off)… it took my teen to show me how to actually make a call (although I can call people spookily when I don’t want to) and as for the internet I need a magnifying glass to read the script … however listening to BBC Radio One in the morning when on the train is fab… I could never imagine watching a film on it .. I am with the old dude with mad hair on that one
